The extent of my abilities are to rip the samples and give you guys programs that make soundfonts, but iirc, you guys can already get the samples. That way, we can tell how the song will sound, adjust it so it sounds better, make sure that reducing the channels won't ruin the song, ect. With this soundfont, you can choose the samples and see how they sound in, for example, FL Studio. You see, I noticed that it can help porters a lot if you reduce the number of channels in an MIDI to something that can be achieved in SMW, do anything else that would make it compatible, and label the tracks for them. As in the names of the instruments appear just as they would in the MML, the samples are accurate, the percussion is perfect, ect. The instruments are all weird, the percussion could be better, get what I'm saying? Which is why I propose we make a soundfont that is accurate. But there's only one problem: It's not accurate. I just bought FL studio producer edition, it came as news to me that it didnt include the fruity soundfont player as it seems to have been discontinued.
